Friday, 13 November marks World Kindness Day (WKD).
The Singapore Kindness Movement (SKM) is making a concerted effort this year to raise public awareness of the World Kindness Day (WKD); and, we hope that in the years to come, it will be celebrated just like Children’s Day, Teachers’ Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and so on. This year, we would like to encourage everyone to be part of this year’s celebration.
We seek the schools' support to help disseminate the WKD message to your students.
In place of real daisies, we have included a Daisy cut-out activity sheet/ Daisy origami which students can make. They can give it to someone in school or at home. Lower primary may find making the daisy origami challenging and it may be more suitable for Upper Primary students.
The WKD Message & Daisy activity sheet can be downloaded here.

The Singapore Kindness Movement (SKM) wants to encourage everyone to start, show and share kindness. We aspire to inspire graciousness one kind act at a time. By sparing a thought for the people around us, we hope to create a gracious society, and make life better for you and me.
